Updating Chrome

In order to properly run a task you many need to update your version of chrome.

Possible Chrome Error

If you have received the Status Error, as shown below, you either need to install Chrome or update your current version. If you are not familiar with updating Chrome, please follow the steps below.

How to update Chrome

With a chrome browser open, navigate to the 3 dots towards the top right of the browser window. These are located directly next to your user icon. Then Click on settings.

From Settings, Click on About Chrome. It will display your current version and begin to check to see if there is an available update.

If there is an update available, it will begin to download and install. There are times it may ask if you would like to update. Click yes and follow any prompts. Once the download is complete, you are ready to go back to SNB and start your tasks!
